Hi, I’m Laura!  I'm a Kansas City native with over 12 years of living experiences throughout California and Colorado. I moved back to KC during the onset of downtown's revitalization. Over the years, I've been lucky to work with several developers and multi-property investors as well as numerous clients who've bought and sold urban, suburban, and rural properties.

At the onset of my career, I mostly focused on urban developments. The communities I worked to sell and lease have ranged from small to large-scale: 
  • one building with 221 modern luxury condominium units (which sold out) during my 2nd and 3rd years in real estate,
  • one historic, Country Club Plaza building with 22 units, 
  • one floor of a building with 4, Spanish Mediterranean style, luxury condominium suites, 
  • five buildings of 4+ floors of historic, brick-walled lofts (sales turned into leasing,) 
  • two buildings with 226 state-of-the-art, energy efficient, luxury urban rental lofts (leasing.) 
Meanwhile, I've also listed for sellers and represented buyers for suburban and rural house listings as well as showed land properties from the city outwards into the country. 

I’ve weathered the highs and lows of a robust buyer’s market, the sharp downturn into a recession, the slow rise into a seller’s market, then the drastic fall into a pandemic with a 50%+ reduction in inventory, and now the uphill battle we’ve faced ever since with low inventory and high interest rates. 

I draw upon my communications and events background in the corporate construction industry, my sharp attention to details, clarity in communication, creativity for marketing, passion for design, heart for healthy homes, honesty for transparent transactions, and positive attitude in working towards winning a mutual agreement between parties. I love real estate and want my clients to love their properties!

As a University of Colorado at Boulder KKG alum and communications chair, I’ve paved the legacy path for the younger, extraordinary women in my family.
